"Faith Prevails" retells the story of the Eucharistic Miracle of Bolsena-Orvieto. It follows the journey of Fr. Peter of Prague, a priest doubtful of the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. When the Host begins to bleed during Mass, he must come to terms with his own disbelief while the witnesses of the miracle experience changes in their own faith.
The film will be publically released for streaming on YouTube on June 3, 2021 – the Solemnity of Corpus Christi.
The production process began in April of 2020 and was completed in March of 2021. A total of over 1,800 volunteer hours were logged.
This film was produced by Solenne Santiago, age 17, with the help of 20+ volunteers and numerous donors.
